Shipping & Returns
We ship the goods. You cover the shipping. Clean and simple.
Shipping
Shipping is paid by the buyer (at checkout).
We currently ship to the countries/regions shown on the checkout page. If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there (yet).
After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping update (tracking if available).
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, and customs. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, and any local handling charges (if any) are paid by the buyer.
Order Changes / Cancellations
If you need to change address details, contact us ASAP.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns (Physical Products)
Because our items are small-batch drops, returns are limited:
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives defective or incorrect (wrong item).
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with: 1) order number, 2) photos/videos of the issue, 3) packaging photos.
If approved:
We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on stock and the issue.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.
Non-Returnable
Change-of-mind returns (e.g., “I don't like it”) are generally not accepted for limited drops.
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or normal wear is not covered.
